Thread Adjustable Suspension Clip 124N differs from the 124 clip in that a m6 nut is built into the top flange of the clip.
This saves requiring a separate m6 nut however the rod needs to revolve to adjust the height. If the top anchor of the rod allows the rod to turn this is a real time saver.
