Contemporary Cornice
The clean contemporary look is currently very popular in modern houses. The modern cornices below fit in well with this style of architecture.
The full range of the stepped look of architectural cornices can be seen here.
Then there are the cove cornices, these cornices are a modern architectural design but somewhat softer than the stepped range. They can be seen here.
Another contemporary look is the shadowline,CN415. Cornices CN450 and CN10 also use shadow to create their own modern though subtle effect.
Finally there are the bulkhead type cornices CN62 and CN63 which use straight lines and shadow to provide impact and drama.
