Italianate Cornice
The Italianate period roughly parelled the Victorian era. The most impressive examples of this style were certainly
built during Victoria's reign.
Victorian mansions frequently used Italianate feature to make them seem even grander.
CN419 would usually be used up to 3 metres ceiling height and CN2279 for higher ceilings. CN2277 is another cornice for higher ceiling while CN2275 and CN2281 can be used at 3 metres.
CN2278 is a new addition to our range. It is more restrained than CN2279 and will work on ceilings 3.3 metres and above. Being a less complicated cornice it can be used when you want to impress but not go over the top.
The corbel cornices (CN419, CN2278 and CN2279) are pure Italianate the others are included because they have a similar grandeur and are great for adding a touch of class to any home.
